1. General Terms

CV6 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and the user ("you" or "member").

All services on CV6 6 are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account & Registration

An active account is required to use CV6 6 services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended and any deposited funds being forfeited.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address when registering.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person.
• If your contact details change, please update your profile immediately.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@cv66-taka.com.

3. Age Verification

CV6 6 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

After registration, CV6 6 may request a copy of your National ID or Passport for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

• Accepted documents for age verification include: National ID (NID), Passport, or Driving License.
• Any account opened by a person under 18 will be closed and deposits may not be refunded.
• If a minor is found to be using an account, the relevant authorities will be notified immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on CV6 6 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All deposit transactions are secure and fully encrypted.

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• CV6 6 reserves the right to decline any deposit or place it on hold pending verification.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from CV6 6 is simple and fast, provided the relevant conditions are met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts. Without completed KYC, withdrawal access will be restricted.
• If there is an active bonus on your account at the time of withdrawal, the wagering requirements for that bonus must be met first.
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (payment route policy).
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed by 24–72 hours while an investigation is carried out.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and is available once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonuses convert to withdrawable cash only after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including use of multiple accounts, false information, or bet pattern manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• CV6 6 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or restrict any bonus at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Betting Rules

All betting rules on CV6 6 are outlined below. Please read and understand them thoroughly before placing any bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will remain in effect.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed and does not take place within the specified period (generally 12 hours), the bet will be considered void.
• CV6 6 reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

8. Anti-Fraud Policy

CV6 6 takes a firm stance against all forms of fraud, cheating, and dishonest activity. Suspicious behavior is monitored continuously by automated systems and a dedicated expert team.

• Multiple accounts, fake identities, and stolen payment details are all considered fraud.
• Bonus abuse and collusion — where multiple individuals manipulate bets in coordination — are strictly prohibited.
• Using software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• If fraud is established, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited.
• Law enforcement authorities will be notified where necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

CV6 6 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Being a minor, or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Failure to provide documents for age or identity verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).

Upon account closure, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded, except in cases of fraud.

10. Responsible Gaming

CV6 6 believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. To help our members bet safely and responsibly, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Betting Limit: A maximum bet amount can be set for any given time period.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a third-party mediator for settlement.

• All disputes may be submitted in English or Bengali.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

CV6 6 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or email before changes take effect.
